Insulated facades don't always have to be white and wear light plaster. Brick slips can protect energy-efficient houses sustainably and upgrade them visually.
\nBrick slips are ceramic plates that are glued onto a heat-insulated facade. They are usually only about 15mm thick, but we can also provide them in various thicknesses.<\/p>\n

With professional processing, it is hardly possible to see a difference between a facade with brick slips and a building with a cavity wall.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Advantages of brick slips<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Brick slips protect the facade from dirt, rain, and mechanical stress much better than pure topcoat. This significantly increases the lifespan of EIFS facades.<\/p>\n

    Another advantage is, you make a one-time investment and receive a beautiful facade for decades. With topcoat, you have to assume it needs to be treated or cleaned after a few years.<\/p>\n

    Brick slips are low-maintenance, have a long lifespan, high resistance, and very low absorbency, resulting in increased frost resistance.<\/p>\n

    Another positive feature is the colour resistance of bricks does not decrease over the years.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Split slips<\/h2>\n

    Brick slips in a double pack<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Our split slips are produced in pairs. As a result, a front and back are created, which together results in alternating sorting. After firing, the two slips are mechanically separated. This also applies to corner slips.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Cut slips<\/h2>\n

    We also offer cut slips from all ring kiln clinker bricks<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    A slip is produced by cutting a thin slice from the front and back of a finished brick by hand. We can create slips from every brick we produce. <\/p>\n

    We offer cut brick slips as standard slips, but also as heads, for example, for a block, cross, Gothic, or random masonry bond.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    Corner slips & angle slips<\/h2>\n

    Corner slips provide slip facade with a robust appearance, making it look like a brick facades.<\/p>\n

    Corner slips are used on external corners and reveals. They protect these areas, and enhance the aesthetics by reducing the number of joints.<\/p>\n

    A corner slip has a long leg side and a short leg side. The short leg side usually has a width of 11.5 cm.<\/p>\n

    Runner shells<\/h2>\n

    The ideal finish for the window lintel<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

    For cladding the window lintel area with a matching brick slip, we offer so-called runner shells. The runner shell shows a normal slip on the front and the flat side of the brick with a depth of 11.5 cm on the bottom.<\/p>\n

    Shaped brick slips are corner slips with a deviating angle (not equal to 90 degrees). Requests for custom made slips require consultation. We may be able to produce them ourselves, while some specifications may have to be produced at a partner factory.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Please note that when ordering brick slips, the running meters of the corners must also be specified.<\/p>\n

    Corner or angle slips can be used in conjunction. This completes the look of the brick facade.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
